You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are missing parts are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee of any kind.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@irisusaincoffer.my within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and further instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address below.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. This timeframe is determined by your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@irisusaincoffer.my with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Items returned after the 30-calendar-day window will not be accepted.
